The distance learning programs are controlled by the NMIMS Centre for Distance and Online Education, a leading distance education platform that is affiliated with SVKM’s NMIMS. NMIMS: CDOE was founded in the year 1994 to provide education to the youths who were searching for a flexible and different education experience. NMIMS CDOE has NAAC A+ accreditation with 3.59 CGPA which shows a high level of leadership in the academic field. All our programs are University Grants Commission (UGC) and Distance Education Bureau (UGC-DEB) approved. NMIMS CDOE offers Distance MBA, Executive MBA, MSc in Applied Finance, Diploma, B.Com, BBA and other professional certifications courses.
NMIMS CDOE offers Online MBA & Executive MBA for a total course fees of ₹ 1,96,000 and ₹ 4,00,000 respectively. The fees for certifications and diploma programs range from ₹42,000 to ₹79,000.

The fees can be paid in three ways. Every six months, annually, or one time. Discounts are offered only for annual and one-time fee payments.

NMIMS was began in 1981 by the trust Sri Vile Parle Kelwani Mandal to cater to increasing demands for management education. It became a deemed university in 2003, as per under section of UGC Act 1956. NMIMS distance education has setup a legacy in the last 35 years and is the leading brand name for management learning.
